Child Safety Standards
1. Our Commitment
Hovarda is fully compliant with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy. We strictly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content, imagery that objectifies minors, and any inappropriate communication between adults and minors.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
- Any visual, textual, or audio content that sexualizes children (CSAM/CSAE).
- Profile creation or registration by individuals under 18.
- Sexually explicit communication between adults and minors (grooming).
- Any content related to commercial exploitation of children, prostitution, or human trafficking.
- Sharing or disclosing the identities of minors.
3. Preventive Measures
- Age verification: date of birth/age is required during registration. Sign-ups under 18 are blocked.
- Content moderation: uploaded profile photos go through automated scanning and human review.
- Keyword filters: the messaging system flags patterns associated with grooming and abuse.
- Reporting mechanism: a "Report" button is available next to every profile and message. Reports are reviewed with priority.
4. Reporting Mechanism
If you encounter content or behavior that violates CSAE or child safety, please report it immediately through the following channels:

- For emergencies, contact local law enforcement and Internet Watch Foundation or NCMEC CyberTipline.
5. Action and Enforcement
Accounts found to violate CSAE or child safety standards will:
- Be terminated immediately and irreversibly.
- Have related content reported to competent authorities (NCMEC, Interpol, local law enforcement).
- Receive full cooperation in any legal proceedings.

- U.S. KOSA and PROTECT Act, EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
