Welcome to Hovarda. By using the app you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Hovarda. You are required to declare your date of birth/age truthfully. Accounts of users under 18 will be terminated immediately upon detection.
2. Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
- It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and to take responsibility for all activity on your account.
- A person may create only one account. Creating fake profiles is prohibited.
3. Community Rules
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, insults, hate speech.
- Any content involving minors (see Child Safety).
- Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit images.
- Posts containing violence, weapons, or drugs.
- Fraud, identity theft, or using someone else's photos (catfishing).
- Spam, commercial advertising, disclosure of personal information (doxxing).
- Solicitation of money, scams, prostitution, or trafficking.
Accounts that violate these rules may be terminated without warning.
4. Content Ownership and License
You own the photos, bio, and messages you upload. However, you grant Hovarda a worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable license to display, store, and perform necessary technical operations on this content within the app.
5. Reporting and Blocking
You can report or block users who behave inappropriately or violate the rules from within the app. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours and appropriate action is taken.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
- VIP packages and token purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
- You can manage or cancel your subscriptions from your Google Play account.
- Consumed digital items (tokens, VIP duration) are non-refundable.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may also unilaterally suspend or terminate accounts that violate community rules, commit fraud, or breach the law.
8. Disclaimer
Hovarda is a dating platform. You are responsible for your interactions with other users, the meetings you arrange in real life, and the information you share. While Hovarda may verify users' identities, it does not guarantee them. Prioritize your own safety when meeting in person.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hovarda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
